PLATINUM PACK

• Inspect property weekly with reports to Owner
• Greeting arrival and Departure upon request (pick up
• at the airport and driving you to the property with a
• full inspection at your arrival, deliver the news paper
• and/or magazines of your prefference, offer
• concierge services when required.
• Scheduled inspections varies
• upon property criteria; not limited to
• Interior, exterior routine construction and
• maintenance supervision (as required)
• Maid, Cook and gardener or other possible Staff

Silver Pack Gold Pack

• Supervision of the entire closing process from
• beginning to end; this includes dealing with the
• Lawyer processing your Deed.
• Contacting the Notary on a weekly basis to ensure
• they are processing your Deed correctly and timely.
• Personally contact the Bank Trust Director as your
• liaison to ensure they have received the Deed for
• signature and prevent any delays in the closing
• process.
• Verify for accuracy all printed documentation and
• information in your Folio prior to closing.
• Create a backup file of all documentation and
• information. This will prevent any delays in
• processing should the Notary misplace a document.
• Account for all Notary expenses during the Deed
• processing and request a refund of any excess funds.
• Many times the estimate for Transmission Taxes is
• less that those quoted entitling you to a refund.
• Verify the Deed is correctly registered in the Public
• Registry to the client as noted on the Deed.
• We can also request the Clear Title Certificate on your
• behalf further reducing the Notary fees.
• NOTE: Mexican Law allows you to deliver all
• documents required for the Deed process including
• the Foreign Relations Permit. You may also pay the
• bank all fees directly for opening the Trust.
